GET READY! Once you have signed the forms, we’ll send an Information Pack both you & your parent/guardian will receive the INFORMATION PACK once full payment is made, this will have everything needed for the summit.

Key Dates & Times:

• Training: April 17th, 2027 - 12 o'clock - 6:00 pm | April 18th,2027 - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

• Kick-off: Registration Opens Monday, April 19th,2027 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

• Grand Finale: We’ll wrap up with a celebration around 4:00 pm on Friday, April 23rd,2027.. HOWEVER ..

• Parent/Guardian Connection: Friday April 23rd,2027 11:30am onwards - All Parent/Guardian are welcome to join in the last part of the summit & the celebrations.

• Flying in? To make sure no one misses out on our final celebration, please schedule return flights from 5:00 pm onwards. We’d love for every teen to be part of the closing festivities! (please see below 'attach airport arrival & departure policy')

Please also note that a $20 fee will apply for airport pick-up and departure transfers.
