Summit Transportation & Safety Protocol (Air Travel)

To ensure the safety of all participants aged 13–17, our team follows a strict verification process for all teens arriving or departing by air.

1. Arrival: Pick-up & Verification (Please be on Time!)

• Pre-Arrival: You will receive an official email from our team providing the name and verified phone number of the staff member assigned to pick up your teen.

• Confirmation: As soon as our team has safely met your teen at the airport, we will send a confirmation text to you from that verified number.

2. Departure: Drop-off & Supervision

• Airport Arrival: Our team will text you immediately upon arriving at the airport with your teen.

• Supervision: A staff member will remain at the airport until your teen’s flight has officially departed.

3. Final Safety Check

• Safe Landing: Once your teen has landed and is back in your care, we kindly ask that you send a quick text to our team to confirm they have reached their destination safely.
